Abstract: In this article, we introduce a new probability distribution named as Topp-Leone Generated-Dagum (Type I) distribution from Topp-Leone generated family of distributions. Various statistical properties of the proposed distribution including, moments, moment generating function, central moment, characteristic function, reliability function, probability weighted moment, order statistics, least square and weighted least square estimator are discussed. Estimation of the proposed new distribution parameters is estimated by maximum likelihood estimator. |
