ON EFFICIENT SOLUTION OF MULTIOBJECTIVE LINEAR PROGRAMMING

Abstract: Purpose of this paper is to investigate efficiency in multiobjective linear programming to meet a decision maker’s preferences of a given system. Obviously, one of the aims of decision maker is finding some efficient solution near the ideal point. In this paper, we propose a linear programming problem to determine some extreme efficient solutions which are the closest efficient solutions to the ideal point. In this regard, we use the linear scalarization method to get our aim. Using this method, we find some weights to find those extreme efficient solutions which are the closest to the ideal point to help decision maker to make best decision software. |
