Abstract: In this work we aim to present
multi-correspondence analysis as a tool in the
analysis of large series of epidemiological data. We
used information, regarding several cardiovascular
risk factors, from 848 coronary patients and 1078
matched controls and we analyzed it using the
aforementioned technique. The geometrical
visualization of the results may assist the
researchers in a better understanding of the
associations between the investigated parameters and
the disease. |
