A STUDY OF FREE CONVECTION AROUND A SYSTEM OF HORIZONTAL TUBES ARRANGED ABOVE EACH OTHER
The paper is aimed at the visualisation of temperature fields in the system of horizontal tubes arranged above each other to analyse heat transfer parameters. The experiments were carried out at the constant surface temperature of 323 K and free air convection. To carry out the experiment the method of holographic interferometry was used and experiment outcomes were added by CFD simulations. Obtained images of holographic interferograms of temperature fields were used to determine temperature profiles and distribution of local values of heat transfer coefficients.
