ON OUTPUT TRACKING CONTROL OF A PARALLEL-FLOW HEAT EXCHANGER EQUATION WITH DIFFUSIVE TERMS
In this paper, we treat the output tracking control problem of a parallel-flow two-fluid heat exchanger equation with diffusive terms under boundary control. The objective is to construct a backstepping control law such that the temperatures at the outlet of two tubes are regulated to any fixed values. In the approach, we can achieve the output tracking with any convergence rate, since the target system of the error system contains a parameter to determine the stability.
