PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF A LARGE GROUP OF GAS-TURBINE UNITS WITH THE AERODYNAMIC PERFECTION INDICATORS
A performance analysis to monitor the status and operation of gas-turbine units (GTU) with the help of standard instrumentation and automation (SI and A) for modern units shows their lack of control equipment for deep diagnostics of the status of units in operation and failure to control the mode of operation and determine the technical condition. The GTUs are widely used in the gas and oil industry as well as energy sector; the success of the industries depends on the efficient and economic performance of such units. The paper proposes a method for controlling the operating mode and determining the technical condition of a large group of GTUs and its individual elements operated with an aerodynamic perfection indicator [1, 2].
