It was shown that the body which moves in a co-directional way with the flow push off increasing kinetic energy by decreasing the energy of the flow. Under some special conditions, the effective square of the area where the energy of the flow was decreased could be higher than the square of the thruster. The possibility of using this effect for construction of new type of mini hydro power stations without the dump was studied.
