A CONTINUOUS 360° REFLECTION TYPE PHASE SHIFTER WITH LOW LOSS VARIATION AT 2.4GHz FOR INDOOR LOCALIZATION
A continuous 360° reflection type phase shifter in the 2.4GHz frequency range with low insertion loss variation is presented. The load topology of the proposed structure requires less varactors but still keeps low insertion loss. Experimental results show that the fabricated phase shifter can achieve above 360° phase range with a relatively low insertion loss of 2.5dB and nearly 0.5dB of insertion loss variation.
