In cognitive radio networks, spectrum sensing is a key functionality to enhance the spectrum efficiency. This paper proposes an adaptive bat algorithm with respect to number of secondary users to optimize weight vectors by maximizing the probability of detection. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the traditional bat algorithm method in terms of convergence speed.
