SPECIFIC FEATURES OF CYCLONE-VORTEX CHAMBER AERODYNAMICS
This paper analyzes the basic laws of gas swirling movement in a perfect chamber, presents simplified dependencies for calculating basic parameters of perfect swirling movement and provides data of experimental researches of concentrated swirling flow aerodynamics, which were conducted upon various models of vortex chambers. Then it provides an analysis of semi-empiric and empiric methods for calculating the flow parameters. Finally, the paper offers an approximation to determine the parameters of swirling flow with the use of m form parameter.
