CASE STUDY OF MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGY: PREDICTING OF CUSTOMER CHOICE ON SMARTPHONE MANUFACTURER

Abstract: This paper aims to present an example of using multinomial classification among the techniques of machine learning. The tendency to purchase smartphones is to consider various perspectives, not rely on anyone. Therefore, we investigated the satisfaction rate of 11 questions about smartphone that is selected by smartphone users. And after learning of survey result through developed model, we use it for predicting which smartphone is selected by user when a condition is given for each of 11 questions. The accuracy of the prediction through the current model is about 87%. Better accuracy can be achieved if the current model is supplemented with techniques related to deep learning. |
