NONTRIVIAL SOLUTION FOR A SECOND-ORDER BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM WITH p-LAPLACIAN AND PERTURBATION

Abstract:

This paper concerns with the existence of nontrivial solutions for a second-order boundary value problem with a p-Laplacian and a perturbation. By mountain-pass theorem, some sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions for a second-order boundary value problem are obtained which show that a nontrivial solution is generated by the perturbation.
