His Majesty King Abdullah II had a vision to incorporate the e-Governmental services into the daily life of the Jordanians. Therefore, the Jordanian government has been initiated a National Program to enhance the performance of the traditional government in terms of service delivery, effectiveness, accurateness, time and cost effectiveness, transparency, high level of customer fulfillment and cross-governmental integration. The implementation of the e-Governmental services in Jordan has not only change the way in which most public services are delivered, but also transformed many of the public structures behind those services. This has affected the basic relationship between government and its citizens. Similarly and like any other government provides e-Governmental services, the Jordanian version face many challenges through its implementation.
