Abstract: Thisstudypresentsanovelbiquadfilterstructuretorealizebothvoltage-mode and
current-mode transfer functions using transconductances and grounded capacitors The proposed biquad filter structure primarily
focuses on building a relationship between the cascaded and the multiple-loop feedback
connections which support to generate the design formulas. Adopting the derived
formulas, many voltage-mode and current-mode biquad transfer functions can be
obtained.Numericaldesignexample,simulatedresults,andthephysical chip design are also presented to confirm the theoretical
analysis.
