ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF ZigBee PROTOCOL INSIDE WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK
The solution we present improves the protocol ZigBee and makes a better transmission with this protocol inside wireless sensor network (WSN). Many things use ZigBee protocol to communicate in WSN, especially sensors nodes. According to the method used by the ZigBee protocol, nodes (end node), router (node becomes router) and node coordinator communicate with each other to send data to the base station.
We ameliorate the topologies and transmission method inside ZigBee protocol to get more data transmitted and long life of WSN. By calculating the distance between the nodes, the shortest one is determined which reduces more reply acknowledgement and avoids slowdown. This grants a long life to WSN. This method permits nodes to store more energy.
