A HIGH GAIN ANTENNA WITH FRACTAL SLOT FOR ISM BAND

Abstract:

The use of fractal slot to design antennas with improved parameters is a recent trend in the field of patch antennas. In this paper, a fractal slot is used to design an antenna with high gain. The proposed antenna covers the whole 2.4GHz ISM band and also has size reduction characteristics. The simulated results are verified experimentally and a good matching is observed.
