AN APPROACH TO IMPLEMENT FREE SPACE OPTICAL (FSO) TECHNOLOGY FOR SMART VILLAGE ENERGY AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS
The work focuses on an approach to implement free space optical (FSO) communications technology for efficient electrical energy distribution in a smart village. To ensure two way communications between nearest power substation and local end users of the smart village, the new approach will bring significant improvements and make the existing communication systems full duplex and intelligent. In this paper, the feasibility of FSO communications technology from the atmospheric context of Bangladesh has been analyzed for smart village energy autonomous systems. Electrical energy is a very important and precious resource for every country’s development. It motivates to develop smart communication systems that make sure that the generated power from renewable energy sources is not wasted even at negligible amount in smart village off-grid community. This work results an effective communication systems that integrate user’s to get involve in distributing local electrical energy in smart village off-grid community to ensure efficient utilization of energy.
