Cloud computing adoptions in e-government have grown rapidly  in recent years. Its promise to cut cost of expenditure, simplify infrastructure development and many other benefits has made cloud computing attractive for improving e-government ICT infrastructures. Among many aspects to consider before adopting cloud computing particularly to deal with data e-government data center is its cost of implementation. In this paper, a recent development of cloud e-government data center is explained. It is basically based on open source cloud application with several extension and additional features. Several features have been significantly improved according to the requirement of local municipality as lesson learned for further study of e-government cloud data center.
