Cloud computing is an on demand Internet based computing which allows us to access the shared resources in order to store our data. A cloud database is the database available to customers from the  cloud which is conveyed to clients on their own petition by means of the Internet from a cloud database supplier’s server. There are some issues like privacy, reliability and security due to which users hesitate to adapt this. In this research paper, we focus on condensing these issues for the enhancement in security of cloud data, by combining the concept of data substitution and data encryption.
