This paper presents a miniaturized millimeter wave patch antenna that is constructed of a single layer of substrate like Rogers RT/duroid 5880 (tm) for millimeter-wave system-on package modules. The proposed antenna is radiating in three bands with a return loss of  −19.59dB, −14.20dB, −20.93dB at frequencies 58.55 GHz, 56.77 GHz and 60.33 GHz respectively. Gain is about 7dBi, which makes antenna efficient. The patch has a size of only 16mm × 20 mm.
