The cloud is a technology that provides environment or software such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. This requires a technique for storing and managing environment or software as a service, because this may cause problems as redundancy of services and data. In this paper, we want to resolve the problem caused by the duplication using the ontology. It suggested a way that can be used in combination with the service by providing the system model and the service template for it. We verified the effectiveness of this system by comparing the execution time of the application system and increasing the cloud node.
