Advertising on the internet is a necessity in modern businesses, especially on businesses outside their local community. Consumers use internet to assist them in their needs for information. In advertising rental properties online it would create an opportunity to reach broader perspective pool of tenant in minimal effort and provide easily accessible information and a quicker response time between the owner and tenant. This research makes use of a Decision Support System that would facilitate the tenant in finding properties to be rented. Goal Programming is applied as an optimization technique in filtering search results. Analytic Hierarchy Process is the technique used in organizing and analyzing complex decisions based on property type, price, location, capacity, and website link. Researchers make use of a performance measurement in determining the accuracy and usability of the Property Advisory. Accuracy is 91% and usability is 70 points out of a hundred using system usability scale.
