SORET AND DUFOUR EFFECTS ON MHD FREE CONVECTION FLOW OF RIVLIN-ERICKSEN FLUID PAST A SEMI-INFINITE VERTICAL PLATE
In this paper, we have analyzed the diffusion-thermo and thermal diffusion effects on MHD natural convection flow of Rivlin-Ericksen fluid past a semi-infinite vertical plate with constant mass flux numerically. The governing equations related to the problem are reduced to non-dimensional form and solved by using finite-difference method. The influences of several parameters on velocity, temperature and concentration are studied graphically. Variations in skin-friction and Nusselt number are also discussed with the help of tabular values. The temperature rises with increasing values of Df and decreasing values of So. The species concentration increases for increasing values of So, but a reverse effect is found in the case of Df.
