SOME FEATURES OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF VELOCITIES DURING FORCED ROTATION OF A FLUID
Some properties of the model of combined vortex, used in the calculations of devices with stirrers have been considered. It was revealed that this model reflects well the distribution of velocities along the radius of the blade, but has an insufficiently wide range of variation of the independent parameter. As a consequence, the model of combined vortex does not reflect the conditions for the occurrence of hydrodynamic cavitation in the wake behind the blade.
