Abstract: There are two useful invariants of exotic
’s: The Taylor invariant g and
the engulfing invariant e. While the
construction of is
purely intrinsic, that of is extrinsic depending on the
possibility of embedding R in some
spin manifolds. We exhibit an interesting relationship between e
and g that is shown to hold on the Bizaca-Etnyre family.
