In this paper, we study the necessary and sufficient condition  of a Kenmotsu manifold satisfying  and  to be D-conformally flat. Also, we prove that a Kenmotsu manifold satisfying  is a special type of h-Einstein manifold. Further, we study pseudo D-conformally flat, f-D-conformally flat and D-conformally pseudosymmetric Kenmotsu manifolds.
