Dieter Rasch

Abstract: In this paper, the theoretical background for determining the minimal size of an experiment that should be analyzed by analysis of variance with at least one fixed factor about which a null hypothesis has to be tested, is given. Fixed and mixed models in cross, nested and mixed classifications are described. Corresponding R-programs are demonstrated by examples. |
