The International Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics is a peer reviewed journal devoted to the publication of original research articles covering different aspects in Nutritional Sciences, Food Sciences, Food Chemistry and Dietetics. The Journal focuses on advancing professional knowledge across the range of research and practice issues such as: medical nutrition therapy, public health nutrition, biotechnology, food environment and sustainability, plant-based diets and foods, maternal and child nutrition, malnutrition, food choice, and food insecurity, foodservice systems, leadership and management, and dietetics education. Papers dealing with Nutrition Epidemiology and Global Nutritional problems are encouraged. Survey articles on any related topic such as Obesity, Diabetes, and Dietetics Education are promoted. The journal publishes original papers including but not limited to the following fields:

The journal is published in one volume annually.

An article after acceptance and complete formalities of publication will be put online immediately.

An open-access journal provides wide range of accessibility to published articles and thus is beneficial to the contributors. However, on account of no subscriptions, etc., the journal suffers financially. To meet the publication standard, peer-review is necessary which requires a lot of correspondences. Also, proper composing and proof-reading costs are to be met. Maintenance of an efficient office is to be afforded.

Therefore, we have the Article Processing Charge (APC) for an accepted paper. To defray the publication cost, authors are requested to arrange APC of their accepted papers at the rate of US $200.00 per article. However, for authors in India this charge is INR 2000.00 per article.
