MHD PULSATILE FLOW AND HEAT TRANSFER THROUGH POROUS CHANNEL WITH OHMIC EFFECT

Abstract: The aim of the paper is to investigate MHD pulsatile flow and heat transfer in a porous channel in the presence of volumetric rate of heat generation/absorption and Ohmic effect. The expressions for velocity and temperature distributions are obtained using regular perturbation technique, discussed numerically and shown through graphs. The expressions of skin-friction and Nusselt number at the plates are derived, discussed numerically and their numerical results for various values of physical parameters are shown through graphs. |
