Abstract: We investigate the directional origin of radial cracks in the explosion of related charges along the lines of their locations. It is concluded that the directed process of the start of such cracks depends on the knowledge of asymmetry of the critical voltage around the charger cavities. It is established that with the increase in initial phase of blast impulse in the cavity of the charging chambers, the effect of the origin of directed radial cracks is along the line of the charge location. |
