Abstract: The technology of combining the creation of computational models of technological processes and the design of industrial equipment for efficient and energy-saving production is considered. When using complex working media such as non-equilibrium dispersed systems, emulsions with low-boiling or high-boiling disperse systems, it is necessary to ensure the correct choice of design methods. It is difficult due to their ambiguous behavior under various parameters and design features of the technological equipment. A method of targeted equipment design is proposed, when the structure of the computational mathematical model is brought into line with the parameters of the devices, which provide the necessary product indicators.
