Abstract: The selection of the most appropriate institution for higher education is a multicriteria decision-making problem. In this paper, we use an approach combining AHP, PROMETHEE and GAIA methods to assess the performance of higher education institutions at Norbert ZONGO University in Koudougou, Burkina Faso. Three (03) criteria and ten (10) sub-criteria are considered. This application shows a ranking of the different institutions by level of performance. It also appears from this study that the most important criteria with regard to the different information received from those involved in this type of education are the sub-criteria of the training indicator. |
Keywords and phrases: higher education institution’s performance, higher education institution’s indicator, multicriteria, AHP, PROMETHEE.
