PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT FOR INTEGRATED DISASTER SAFETY FORECASTING AND ALERT SERVICE COMPOSITION BASED ON PS-LTE

Abstract: According to the conditions and changes of communication technology, building environment, and social infrastructure, we have a hard time coping with dangerous disaster situations. It is difficult to properly provide adequate Forecasting and Alert services to citizens in case of emergencies during disasters. From this point of view, it is required to construct a smart Integrated Disaster Safety Forecasting and Alert Service Platform based on PS-LTE that can be used as an integrated system. It should be able to transmit and receive the information promptly through the smart integrated platform by a disaster communication network called Public Safety-Long Term Evolution, PS-LTE through the local and central institution’s and/or government’s forecast and warning information collection sensors such as various disaster related sensor detector, video display devices and sound devices in the public and private areas in the event of an emergency. Disaster safety risk management must be comprehensively and systematically carried out from the reporter or automatic sensor through the network and through the stakeholders or organizations quickly. In this paper, we have conducted research on the Platform Development for Integrated Disaster Safety Forecasting and Alert Service Composition based on PS-LTE. |
