MAXIMUM ENTROPY PRINCIPLE IN THE DIFFERENTIAL SECOND-ORDER REALIZATION OF A NON-STATIONARY BILINEAR SYSTEM
Necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of six non-stationary operators of the model for differential realization of the system in a class of ordinary second-order differential equations (including hyperbolic ones) with a fixed bilinear structure in the separable Hilbert space were obtained in the form of the entropy maximum principle using a modification of Relay-Ritz operator for a continuous non-linear infinite behavioristic system (a dynamic system of Willems [1]).
