Abstract: The article touches upon a software module of the incoming control created for the automated system operating at the enterprise. Materials, received from suppliers for the core production, are to be checked for the compliance with state standards by conducting studies of the properties in the laboratory to check expiration dates, and only then if the test report shows a positive conclusion and acceptable shelf life of the production cycle, materials can arrive at the warehouse. Materials that fail incoming inspection must be returned to the supplier or be used for other needs of the enterprise. The motion of materials at the enterprise must be accompanied by the warehouse documents and certificates, obtained in an automated accounting system. The system should forbid the creation of warehouse documents about the transfer to the core production of the materials which do not meet the requirements of the incoming control. To do this, the add-on to an existing warehouse inventory control module is made. In the software module reference book, the section containing a list of materials used in production according to the technology is highlighted. This section is divided into two subsections: “materials to be subject to the incoming quality control” and “materials not to be subject to the incoming quality control”. The developed program “incoming control STKK” automates the maintenance of the documentation: the developed program “input control STKK” automates the maintenance of the documentation: inventory control of materials, arriving to the warehouse which are subject to the incoming quality control, registration book of tests carried out, test reports, covering documents for the quality control of the materials. Creating a program module “incoming control STKK” has allowed the company to minimize costs of production, reduced complexity in gathering information about if material passed the quality control and if they are in good condition, to improve the quality of the products. |
