NUMERICAL STUDY ON HEAT TRANSFER IN MHD COUETTE FLOW WITH CONDUCTING WALLS
A numerical study for steady MHD Couette flow in a channel having conducting walls has been carried out. An intense external magnetic field is acting normal to the channel walls which are assumed to have different wall electrical conductance ratios. The numerical solutions for temperature distribution have been obtained by using a central difference scheme. Solutions for temperature field for different values of Hartmann number, wall conductance ratio and Prandtl number are presented graphically.
