In this paper, we introduce and develop a significant part of the initial theory of soft hyperalgebra by introducing the novel concept of soft hyperrings, soft subhyperrings and the homomorphism of soft hyperrings. The properties and structural characteristics of these concepts are also studied and discussed. Furthermore, the relationship between the concepts introduced here and the corresponding concepts in vague soft hyperalgebraic theory and classical hyperalgebraic theory are also studied and investigated.
