We consider the notion seminearring which is a generalization of both the concepts of a semiring and a nearring. The normal fuzzy s-ideal of a seminearring with absorbing zero has been introduced which is analogue as that defined for rings and semirings. We prove a necessary and sufficient condition for a fuzzy s-ideal of a seminearring to be normal and obtain some related results. We also prove relating results of fuzzy relation on seminearrings and its normal fuzzy s-ideals, s-k-ideals.
