CLASS GROUPS OF EXPONENT TWO IN REAL QUADRATIC FIELDS OF EXTENDED RICHAUD-DEGERT TYPE
We present new criteria for certain real quadratic fields with discriminant of extended Richaud-Degert (ERD) type, namely where to have class groups of exponent two. This is given in terms of the output of the Euler-Rabinowitsch polynomial which generalizes existing results in the literature.
