Abstract: In this paper, we consider the discontinuous finite volume element method for a type of two-dimensional semi-linear pseudo-parabolic equations which have wide application areas, construct the discrete scheme and obtain the optimal error estimates in -norm and the discrete -norm. A numerical result is finally presented for illustration. |
