EXPLICIT FORMULAE FOR SPECTRAL NORMS OF CIRCULANT-TYPE MATRICES WITH WELL-KNOWN ENTRIES
In this paper, some explicit formulae for spectral norms of circulant-type matrices are obtained, including circulant, skew-circulant and g-circulant matrices. The entries are modified binomial coefficients. We obtain identical formulae for these spectral norms with Laguerre polynomials
