In this paper, we define a unified-Barnes multiple Hurwitz zeta function and a Dirichlet-type multiple L-function which interpolate a unified class of polynomials and numbers at negative integer values. This unified class of polynomials contains as special case the celebrated Apostol-Bernoulli, Euler and Genocchi polynomials of higher order as well as their c-extended versions. Many relationships are given.
