SOLVING A SYSTEM OF FUZZY POLYNOMIALS BY RANKING METHOD
Polynomial equations with trapezoidal and triangular fuzzy numbers have attracted various workers and methods have been developed for solving these equations. Here, we apply a linear ranking method to order trapezoidal and triangular fuzzy numbers. The concept of ranking method is proposed to find real roots of a system of fuzzy polynomials (if exists) by ranking fuzzy numbers. We transform system of fuzzy polynomials to the system of crisp polynomials. This transformation is performed by using ranking method based on three parameters value, ambiguity and fuzziness. Finally, we illustrate our approach by numerical examples.
