Abstract: For a non-compact locally compact second countable
Hausdorff space X, letbe the family of all the upper-semicontinuous fuzzy sets on X
with non-empty compact supports. We show that the space with the
topology induced by G-convergence is homeomorphic to the radial-interior of the Hilbert cube except for finitely many if X
is non-discrete (resp. discrete).
