A LINEAR INDEPENDENCE MEASURE FOR THE VALUES OF TSCHAKALOFF FUNCTION AND AN APPLICATION

Abstract:

The paper gives a linear independence measure for the values of Tschakaloff function and its derivatives. This result is then applied to estimate the approximation of a q-analogue of the classical zeta value

by certain algebraic numbers.
