DIRECT AND INVERSE RESULTS FOR GENERALIZED q-BERNSTEIN POLYNOMIALS
In this paper, we investigate convergence and approximation properties of a Stancu type generalization of q-Bernstein polynomials. The type of convergence is established and estimates for the rate of convergence are provided (direct theorems). We also present and prove an inverse theorem for these polynomials.
