Abstract: A material with an arbitrary initial crack is submitted
to an on-boundary vibrating force of density in a non resonant situation. New
singular modes of the type appear at the crack tip and the
displacement field is a superposition of the classical regular and singular
modes encountered in studies by Leguillon and Sanchez-Palencia [6, 7] and these
new singular modes, generated by the surface vibratory force, lead to
microcracks generation at the initial crack tip forced by a damaging process due
to the vibrating solicitation. In this paper, we focus on the analytic
