The paper address a new model based on the modified information criterion for change point detection with the combination of the statistical proprieties and the location parameter. As a change point problem, it treats the location of the parameter of interest which means the test statistic and then the estimation of the location. The application is done on the electrophsyiological data of the epileptic patient.
