EVOLUTIONS OF THE CIVIL LIABILITY PREMISES OF ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE IN THE FIVE-YEAR DEVELOPING PROGRAMS
Bioenvironmental crisis is the major concern of the today’s mankind and the environment conservation has currently become one of the important topics of the universal discussions in such a way that the failure in proper protection and/or falling short of observing the environment conservation in a country can, in some of the cases, threaten the health of the entire world. Resultantly, the explication of the civil liability and basics and evolutions thereof in the various rules and programs of a country and society can, to a large extent, elaborate the position of conservation and prevention of bioenvironmental damages therein. Therefore, the present study sought scrutinizing and discussing the civil liability premises of the bioenvironmental damages in Iran’s six five-year cultural, economic and social development programs. Descriptive-analytical and library research method has been utilized for collecting the information and finally achieving the results.
