THE DUALS OF SOME REGRESSION METHODS
The regression in statistics concerned only the link between variables. There are no models formalizing the link between individuals. The purpose of this article is to propose models allowing to establish the links when we have two individuals (vectors rows) and/or of an individual (vector rows) and of several other individuals (vectors rows) on whom we measure the same variables. So, we explain an individual from another individual by means of the Dual Simple Linear Regression (DSLR), besides, an individual is explained from a group of individuals by means of the Dual Multiple Linear Regression (DMLR), of the Dual Principal Components Regression (DPCR) and the Dual PLS1 Regression (DPLS1R).
